Heli Guides

Who we are

Heli Guides was founded in 1995 with a clear idea: to make the most spectacular alpine landscapes accessible from the air. Three decades on we are still doing exactly that, working as a small specialized travel agency entirely focused on helicopter scenic flights and tourist tours over the Alps.

Behind every flight there is a tight-knit team: professional pilots with thousands of hours of mountain experience, ground staff who know each itinerary by heart, and a planning office that follows every booking from first contact to take-off. We speak Italian, English, French and German with our guests, and we work in close cooperation with the alpine guide community of Monte Rosa.

The routes we offer have been refined year after year to capture the very best of each mountain group — Mont Blanc, Matterhorn, Monte Rosa, the Aosta Valley, the great Piedmont lakes. Whether you are flying for the first time or are a seasoned passenger, our goal is the same: to give you the alpine perspective from the most privileged seat there is, the cabin of a helicopter.

AS350 Écureuil

Our Fleet

AS350 ÉCUREUIL

We operate the Airbus AS350 Écureuil, a single-turbine helicopter that is the industry reference for high-altitude scenic flying. Reliable, smooth in every condition, with wide windows on every side, it is the aircraft that has made the AS350 family the most widespread mountain helicopter in the world.

Every aircraft is maintained according to the strictest civil aviation standards. Each passenger receives a noise-cancelling headset and is briefed on safety procedures before take-off. Our pilots hold Mountain Rating certification and operate under EASA Part-NCC.

  • Up to 5 passengers per private flight
  • Cruise altitude up to 4,500 m
  • Wide panoramic windows on every seat
  • Dual control headsets with intercom

ROBINSON R44

We also operate the Robinson R44, a light piston-engine helicopter widely used for sightseeing and short-range flights. Compact, nimble and fitted with wide panoramic windows, it is the ideal choice for short experiences and small groups.

The Robinson R44 is also maintained according to the strictest civil aviation standards. Each passenger receives a noise-cancelling headset and is briefed on safety procedures before take-off.
